Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

Calm & Focus is built with privacy at its core. This policy explains what happens to information when you use calmnfocus.com.

The short version

Information we do not collect

We do not ask for your name, email, location or any identifier to use the tools. An email address is requested only if you choose to sign in for the leaderboard (see below). Text you type into the Thought Dissolver or number games is processed in your browser and is not sent to us.

Data stored on your device

The site uses your browser’s localStorage to remember personal bests (reaction time, Schulte grid, Stroop), sound volume, your light or dark theme, and your streak days and recent scores. This data never leaves your device. You can remove it at any time by clearing site data in your browser settings.

Optional leaderboard, streaks and login

Streaks and progress are kept on your device and need no account. If you choose to join the leaderboard, you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. We then store your email (for login), a public nickname you choose, your best scores and your current and best streak.

Offline use

The site can be installed as an app. A service worker saves copies of site files on your device so the tools load faster and work offline.

Cookies

We do not set tracking or advertising cookies.

Third-party services

Future changes

If we add analytics or advertising in the future, we will update this policy first and explain what is collected and how to opt out.

Children

The site is for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
